Carey Clark’s yoga journey started when she moved to Jackson in 1997. She has been teaching yoga for 9 years and is certified through Yoga Fit. Carey is also a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and nutritionist.
Carey focuses on flexibility, strength, and balance while inspiring her students to explore their creativity and self expression through yoga. She uses music to bring an upbeat flow to her classes which are physically and mentally challenging and beginner friendly. Carey’s fun loving energy gets her students moving through asanas while enjoying every step of the way.
