Elly completed her Bikram Instructor Training in the spring of 2000 and completed a Baron Baptist Level 1 Teacher Training in the winter of 2010. Through the years, she has attended many yoga retreats and workshop and studied many different styles of yoga, but finds that hot yoga resonates with her the most. Elly has taught hot yoga in the Valley for the past 10 years and is pleased to be sharing her love of yoga and life at Inversion.
